Ninety Six National Historic Site

Located on SC 248  Ninety Six, SC

The Visitors Center at Ninety Six National Historic Site makes an excellent starting point in Greenwood County.  Here, at the home of the Revolutionary War’s first southern land battle, visitors will find much reconstructed history.  A mile-long trail includes the site of a frontier settlement with a trading post, a French and Indian War fort and extensive Revolutionary War fortifications.  Open daily 8 AM-5PM.  Free Admission   For more information call:  (864) 543-4068

The Greenwood Museum

Located at 106 Main Street  Greenwood, SC

Emerald Farm

The Railroad Historical Center

Located at 908 South Main Street  Greenwood, SC

Park Seed Company

Located on SC 254  Greenwood, SC

A definite “must” on the calendar for summer visitors is the weeklong South Carolina Festival of Flowers.  The Park Seed Company, nationally known as one of the largest family-owned mail order seed companies and for its magnificent gardens, is a major focal point during the festival.  Visit the largest mail-order seed company in the world and tour the beautiful test gardens from Spring through Fall.  Packages of seed, both vegetable and flower, are available for sale at the Gift Shop.  Open Daily 9 AM-5PM.  For more information, call:  1-800-845-3369

Lander University

Musgrove Mill State Historic Site

Located on Highway 56  Clinton, SC
